Welcome to Blanc Studios

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blanc Studios website and our booking and grooming services in Greenford. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Appointments can be booked online through this website. Most services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance paid in person on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking, for example in cases of repeated no-shows or abusive behaviour towards staff.

Prices and services

Prices for our services are shown on our Services page and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay for that appointment. We accept card, contactless and cash payments in person.

We do our best to deliver a great experience for every client, but we cannot guarantee a specific style outcome, as results can vary with hair type and condition. Please let your barber know of any concerns before your service begins.
